What has Bilic brought to the table?

A CB that hoofs it more than Collins?
More long balls than under Allardyce?
Because I tell you what I can't see may positives......We ain't playing great football under Bilic like people want to beleive all our good stuff has come through 2 players.....that's it.
Bilic also seems to love a lumbering cunt up front.
With 2 world class players more than last season we actually look fucking worse than last season bar them......Our movement is shocking. Tactic wise Bilic looks like he ain't got a clue......and I can't stand our new formation.
We seem to struggle against teams with 11 men.
Well underwhelmed with him so far.

SG - That may be grin too, BUT after doing so well we/he couldn't see the job through, That 4th spot was obtainable but we run out of steam. Leicester won the league, so finishing 4th wouldn't have been some kind of miracle.

Btw, the PL team in far worse form is Stoke who only have one win in the league since April.

It's difficult being objective when replying to a Rodfarts post but we are in a period of indifferent form and it takes time to work through it. We have not lost out goal scoring potential and tidying up/eliminating defensive niaveties will stabilise us. The last thing we need is knee jerk reaction from anyone at the club.
On here it's different because knee jerking is some posters stock in trade. Be patient because we have the players capable of sorting things out.

SG, when you are that close and only need to beat Swansea at home and nick a draw at Stoke yes it is a fuck up.
Fair enough though as CL qualification is not realistic for us yet despite the golden opportunity we had, however to then fuck up the Europa and then fuck up the lifeline we were given to qualify again to the same bunch of Romanian Amateurs as last year is unacceptable!

Agree about the owners and have said as much.
However Billic wanted Ogbonna and Tore, Billic must have had a say in all the signings too.
It was his choice to play Antonio at RB and flog Tonka over Collins and he is responsible for organising and motivating the team.
Unless there are genuine signs of us moving forward this year, ie; winning a cup or auto European qualification I would get rid.

Brentford I think Sullivan is more to blame then Billie. Cheapo bargain bin deals and not proper high quality signings. Billie has done badly so far but the recruitment policy failed in the summer and that's the main reason we are struggling to win

Playing our top goalscorer at RB and igniring the need for a proper experienced one was idiotic
Flogging ofc Tomkins so that Collins an aging lump can start was equally idiotic.
The team are unfit, have been out of form since Early May and he got players in like Tore in and too many wingers and att mids.
After fucking up CL qualification he then fuck ups Europa qualification and after being thrown a Europa lifeline he fucked up that as well against a bunch of paet time Romanians fir the 2nd year running
All totally unacceptable and Is currently walking on very thin ice.

Will probably be locked, but the question is worth re-visiting. We are not looking good, I wonder ifor Bilic benefitted from Fatty's defensive set up last season in much the same way as Martinez did with Moyes. This year we are looking woeful at the back.

I think Bilic is slowly but surely getting the way he wants to play across to the players. Any that fail to impress him get left out and will no doubt disappear from the club. He has a ruthless touch with anyone that crosses him, a bit like Ferguson.
Any pundit on here that describes him as 'clueless' is an utter moron.
